Fears Phobias Anxiety

(Flying, spiders, public speaking etc.)

For fears, phobias, anxiety and performance issues a Personal Exploration may be more appropriate. NLP has some amazing results on phobias and fears such as fear of flying, presenting, going underwater, animals and many more.

A personal exploration is likely to be a one-off session of up to 3 hours. The cost is £100 inclusive, payable by credit card via Pay pal.

As a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, tutor and assessor, I am educated to the highest level in the field, to help you achieve your health fitness exercise goals quickly and safely. In fact, I teach others trainers how to train their clients too!

I specialise in weight management and fat loss goals. With 15 years experience in the fitness industry, training with Sharon Jones means that you will get support, encouragement and motivation through every step you take. Ensuring you meet your goals and maintain them for life!

Life coaching helps you to gain clarity and focus so that you can move from good intentions into meaningful action. If you are:

  Seeking a deeper purpose in life

One 2 One coaching is a two-way process - you will be the one deciding what you want from your life. I will listen, encourage, support, inspire you and help you with strategies on how to get what you want. As we work together, you will become more focused on what is important to achieve ultimate wellbeing.

Sessions last 60 minutes and are scheduled one per week or fortnight for as long as your coaching course lasts. It is essential that you have a quiet, private place to talk to me.All coaching sessions are payable at least 48 hours in advance by cheque or credit card via Pay pal.

To benefit from a reduced rate for each session I offer a set of 6 coaching sessions priced at £175. This is a saving of £35, so the last session is FREE.

Helping you get better results
As part of a weight management or overall exercise programme, body composition analysis is not only a better indicator of health but also serves as a useful educational tool. Along with Lung age, blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol testing you can gain an overall indication of your current level of health and monitor your progress over time. This can improve health outcomes and compliance by highlighting the relationship between proper diet and exercise and progress made on results.

I strongly believes that categorising weight into fat mass and water provides a better picture of health than weight or BMI alone. This information can add a new dimension to long-term health management.
